We are pleased that we are one of the fabulous wineries in the Palatinate!

We are pleased about a very good rating of our wines and our winery in the Gault & Millau Wine Guide 2024 with four red grapes: “The vines from the Eugen Müller winery thrive in the best, world-famous Forster locations. And they know how to make truly characterful wines here, especially the Rieslings from Forster Kirchenstück. ..."
Our 2021 Forster Ungeheuer Réserve Riesling Große Lage and our 2022 Jesuitengarten – Forst Riesling Große Lage come out on top with excellent 4 grapes. 5 other wines were awarded 3 grapes each.
It's nice that we are once again one of the 500 best wineries in Germany. We are happy about 3.5 gourmet points.
“Studying oenology, an internship in Australia, the locations around the wine village of Forst characterized by basalt, lime and sandstone and the goal of producing delicate, delicately fruity and elegant wines - all of this is the basis for Stephan Müller's wines. And of course curiosity: The Amphora Riesling from 2021 is a successful example of where curiosity can lead: very straight with lots of herbal aromas and yet thick and structured in the best sense of the word. An exciting wine that is really fun. The rest was pretty solid this year. The reserve from the Forster Ungeheuer is nutty with woody spice, soft and long. The Riesling Forster Pechstein, on the other hand, is light-footed with lots of juice, fresh acidity and salty-mineral fruit on the finish.”
